This item was a disappointment. I bought it and installed tried it once and it didn’t work. The check engine light indicated the sensor, but the light did not come off and the sensor didn’t change a thing. I bought the original one from the dealer ended up working. Was a waste of my money

Came in fast and works great. I’ve had it on for 15,000 miles now and no problems

Precise fit and great value. Eliminated the OBII code the truck was displaying.
Installed 2/20, will update review in time.

This MAP sensor was installed chasing a P0299 DTC, turbo underboost. At that time the hose was also replaced and the connection at the valve cover was checked for obstruction. After clearing the code and running several trips all seemed good. Then P0299 was back again but ran okay. Fast forward several months I decided to chase the problem until fixed. I cleaned the EGR valve, replaced the ICP sensor (a P2262 showed up), disconnected the exhaust at the catalytic convertor to check plugged exhaust. Still had P0299 and it was now running sluggish and transmission shifts were delayed. I started removing components to pull the turbo and check the unison ring and actuator and noticed I had broken the hose connection nipple on the MAP sensor, most likely when cleaning the EGR. Parts store had one on the shelf, at a much higher price. Installed it and it is running with no DTC’s and better than it ever has and the transmission shifts great. This MAP sensor is faulty and works just slightly better than no sensor making it extremely difficult to diagnose. I got what I paid for. Caveat Emptor!

Cleared code works great
