Fits like OEM and I saved some money installing it myself. The photo is the old filter from a 2013 Sprinter 2500 v6 with 20k miles vs new Mann Filter on the right. Helps to take off the sensors and lift the entire top housing off. It was a tight fit due to the new foam but I managed to get the top back on it.
