I recently purchased the MagSafe Car Charger, and overall, I’m quite pleased with its performance. The magnet is incredibly strong, securely holding my iPhone 15 Pro Max in place even on bumpy roads. It’s reassuring to know that my phone won’t fall off while driving.

This worked perfectly for my usage, which admittedly isn’t the standard. I use wireless Android Auto and put my phone away in the console, but I needed a way to keep it charged in there. I wanted something wireless and magnetic so there wasn’t a cord sticking out of my phone banging around and damaging the USB port.
The magnet is strong and holds securely on my S23 Ultra with magnetic case, no issues of it popping off. It uses fast wireless charging at the same speed as my home/desk based wireless chargers so performance is great. The mount itself connects solidly and felt stable when I tested it out, I’m not actively using that part but I expect it would hold up well.
Came with a short cord that has a built in adapter to switch from USB-C to full size USB-A which was helpful. The LED is decently bright but still subtle since it sits behind the phone and glows out around the edges. I don’t really see it while driving since mine is inside the console but it serves as a nice indicator that it’s actually charging when I stick it on there.

This work very well for me. I had a different older magsafe mount/charger for my car and I have an iPhone 13 Pro and the camera bezel on the magsafe cover is a little large and kept from mounting properly on that other charge and it would always fall off. This mount/charger WORKED GREAT however. It has a smaller diameter which meant the camera bezel did not interfere with the mount. The magnet is strong and the phone stays put, no dropping off. I highly recommend this magsafe charger/mount.
