I have tried several various types of phone mounts over the years, some good and some awful. I will quickly say that this one is certainly in my top 3 favorites. I use it just about every day at this point. I noticed that this is heavily advertised as a car phone mount, but this is much more than just that.
First, I have an android phone, the Galaxy s24 ultra. But i do have a magsafe phone case on my phone, so it has that magnetic ring on the back which is necessary to use this mount as it is a magnetic one. If you have an iphone, you should be good. If you have a phone that doesn’t have the magnetic ring, this actually includes a magnetic ring that you can attach to the back of your phone or case by adhesive sticker. So truly, any phone can be used with this mount, not just iphones.
Next, this phone mounts by way of suction and vacuum suction. The suction cup is excellent quality, it will stick to any surface that suction cups stick to. On top of that, it has the vacuum seal for extra security. You turn the dial on the mount one way to seal the suction and turn it in the other direction to easy the seal and then pull of the suction cup. It is extremely sturdy and I have had no issues with this falling off of any surface. Just so long as it is a proper surface for a suction cup. Any surface that is smooth and non-porous such as glass, windows, refrigerators, bathroom shower walls, tile walls, mirrors, vehicles, marble, etc. So, I can literally stick this anywhere. I maily like to stick mine onto my mirrors to be able to watch or film content while I’m getting ready. I like to stick it to my shower wall to be able to watch netflix while I’m in the tub. I like to stick it to my refrigerator to film content in the kitchen. I stick it to my bay window in the living room. The glass sliding doors on my back patio. Aflat surface inside of my vehicle. SO many options of where you can mount this well beyond the interior of your car.
This thing is small, but mighty. I trust my very expensive phone to be mounted to it even at a higher height. No worries at all about it dropping.
This is 100% worth the price. It is not a gimmick or a cheap gadget, it WORKS.

This is so fun! I was a little skeptical when I ordered it, but the suction is surprisingly strong! The magnet is adequate to hold a phone, although I wouldn’t use this one something moving like an ATV or motorcycle. The mount rotates and pivots in all directions. The surface does have to be COMPLETELY smooth and flat. Any curvature, debris or texture will prevent the suction cup from adhering.

I have tried a few Magsafe car mount but not one has 100% fit my need, always have some point not good enough. I thought this expensive one would be the solution. Like all other Magsafe car mount I have used, this one does the job. It can suck on the flat surface and locked in there pretty sturdy. The Magsafe mount is also strong enough to hold my phone. But when I compare those car mount, the magnet of this one is not as strong. I am a little disappointed given this one is much more expensive.
