Unlike a normal drain bolt, this plug features a magnet that effectively catches fine metallic debris circulating in the oil. It is a High-quality bolt, and the threads do not have Imperfections as opposed to cheaper bolts. The included copper crush washer ensures a proper seal, just like a standard replacement. Installed in my GL450 oil drain, it offers an extra layer of protection for the engine. The bolts function as expected, similar to OEM, and are a little expensive, but you will get a better quality bolt. The installation was as easy as the OEM bolt, and I installed it with a little anti-seize grease near the head to prevent corrosion and seizing.

This was exactly what was expected and the only reason I ranked 4 stars is because it doesn’t seem to be as hard of a metal as the stock plugs that come on your vehicle.
It deformed a little bit easier than the hard stock plugs.
