Good quality charger with effective cooling, but overpriced without a discount
The holder/charger appears well-built and solid. It provides standard 15W wireless charging, but please note that no car adapter is included. Charging performance may vary depending on the adapter you use.
One of the standout features is the active cooling system. It noticeably improves heat management compared to similar models without cooling. I compared it with this model: https://www.amazon.de/-/en/dp/B0CN8FVFC2. The fan is very quiet and only operates during charging. In a quiet environment, you can hear it slightly if you pay close attention.
The cooling system appears to use a Peltier element. During low charging intensity, the pad becomes cold to the touch and can produce condensation.
The magnetic holder is standard. I use it with a Samsung S25 Plus and this case: https://www.amazon.de/-/en/dp/B0DL8718PX. Despite bumpy roads in my area, the phone remains securely in place.
There are no LEDs or status indicators, which I appreciate — no unnecessary distractions while driving.
The included accessories are minimal: device, cable, and a simple clip-style air vent mount. Both the cable and mount are functional but basic. I personally use a different short cable and a bracket mount from this product: https://www.amazon.de/-/en/dp/B086199XX5, which works better for my setup.
The charger is heavier than similar models without a cooling system. I do not use the included vent mount, but in some vehicles the weight might be a factor.

I literally thought up this product when my phone overheated while running maps on a summer car trip. I’m so happy someone finally built it! Even with A/C keeping the cabin chilly, hot sun hitting the back of my phone while the GPS sucks battery has knocked my phone out of commission for a while at just the worst time. (The phone’s safety circuitry turns it off to cool down when it gets hot enough to damage the battery.) Of course that happens right when I’m in unfamiliar territory and need maps, which is often the case when spending hours in the car on hot summer days.
It works well and a little bit smartly too – The cooling circuit doesn’t run when no phone is attached, which is nice because it should extend the life of the unit. When the phone is mounted for a while you can pull it off and feel a distinct cool spot on the phone and face of the charger. The rest of the phone can still get warm, but I’m guessing the central location of the MagSafe connector provides enough cool to keep the whole phone within temperature specs. It’s just warming up in my area now and I haven’t been able to torture test it, but it did keep my phone cooler than it would have been on the one hot sunny day I took it for a ride.
I’m really hoping it will pass the torture test of hours driving right into the Eastern WA sun in August, and based on what I’m feeling from it now, I think it will. At the very least, someone finally built a cooling unit into a charger – there’s no chance my phone isn’t shutting down in some of those conditions without this!
I did notice that my phone was only at about 85% charge when I arrived after a couple of hours use on the hot day I did test it, so it could be that the power draw needed for cooling cuts a bit into the charging power. GPS sucks power like crazy, but generally I’ve still been able to maintain or achieve 100% power while running maps. I’m not dinging this charger for this issue though, because if it’s even true (and it wasn’t something else responsible, like maybe my phone was more drained than I thought when I started my trip), that feels like a limitation of physics and the draw needed by solid state cooling tech.
The MagSafe magnet is strong as expected and maintains a solid mounting. I love MagSafe chargers for cars because it’s so easy to grab and go, and almost toss it back up in place. The cooling components make this a little thicker than most, but not enough to create any issues, so the design is great.
Bravo, I hope this unit gets discovered by a wide audience and cooling becomes the norm for car MagSafe chargers.

J’ai testé ce support de téléphone voiture avec chargeur induction et je dois dire que je suis vraiment satisfait. La qualité est top, le système MagSafe tient super bien mon téléphone en place, même sur des routes un peu plus mouvementées. Le chargeur fait son job parfaitement, la recharge est rapide et efficace grâce au câble fournis. J’apprécie aussi que le support soit équipé d’un ventilateur pour refroidir le téléphone, ça aide à limiter la chaleur pendant la charge, ce qui est vraiment un plus. Ce petit détail fait toute la différence et j’ai l’impression que mon téléphone chauffe moins qu’avec d’autres supports.
Bref, le support est super stable, facile à installer et fonctionne très bien. Le fait que le ventilateur soit intégré est une vraie bonne idée pour éviter la surchauffe. C’est un produit que je recommande sans hésitation !

This 15W Qi2 Air Vent Active Cooling Charger from AMEGAT is the best I have tried of this type of charger. The air vent feature is very sturdy and solid, but it relies on how stable the slats on your vents are. If the slats hold their position well, the mount will stay where you adjust it. This type of mount will also be great for when I rent a car.
The internal fan in the charger works well for keeping the temperature of my S25-Ulltra down while charging and the 5ft USB-C to USB-C included cable allows for charging even at the driver, right side vent. The magnet is strong and the charging rate is fast.
One feature that I really appreciate, is the standard size 17mm ball that this charger uses. This allows me to use the cooled charging head on any of my other 17mm ball mounts.
If you are looking for a well-made, cooled charger with a magnetic mount, I highly recommend this product.

Après presque une moi de test je suis très content de ce support téléphone
Déjà, niveau installation, c’est un jeu d’enfant. Mon niveau de bricolage n’est pas très élevé mais là c’est quand même à la portée de n’importe qui, on le clipse sur la grille d’aération, et hop, c’est prêt.
Ce n’est pas vraiment une surprise mais il faut quand même le signaler, mon Google Pixel 8 Pro fonctionne parfaitement avec ce support ! La fiche produit parle surtout des iPhones (MagSafe et tout ça), mais pas de panique, ça marche aussi nickel avec Android. Mon téléphone s’accroche solidement grâce aux aimants, et la charge sans fil se lance direct. Pas besoin de bidouiller ou de chercher une solution alternative.
La petite chose en plus et qui est bien pensée, c’est qu’il y a un ventilateur intégré qui garde le téléphone au frais pendant qu’il charge. Ça évite que tout surchauffe, surtout en été quand le soleil tape sur le pare-brise.
En résumé il fonctionne très bien, facile à mettre en place, on peut mettre le smartphone dans la position que l’on souhaite très facilement, il évite au téléphone de trop chauffer et de s’éteindre.
Après c’est vrai que le prix est un peu élevé mais la qualité est franchement présente.

If you have never used a wireless charger, don’t be alarmed by your phone getting hotter and then leave an ignorant low star review. Heat is a byproduct of the technology and is present in every wireless charger. This device reduces it, but can’t eliminate it. Another way employed by other devices it to actively reduce charging power, to maintain a lower temp but this means slower charging. I will take the fan. It is quiet and unobtrusive and will shave a few degrees C off the temp of your phone while charging. Even without the fan, your phone can handle the heat. The manufacturer designed in wireless charging and are aware of the heat that comes with it. Of course your phone will throttle itself, but I doubt you’ll be needing full processing power while driving down the road.
Pro tip: Don’t mount your phone in direct line of sunlight or mount it on a vent that will ever be blowing hot air.
That said, this is among the best wireless magsafe chargers on the market. It maintains fast wireless charging. It holds your phone securely, how well will also be factored by the quality of the metal ring on your phone. If you don’t like the included mounting options, no worries. It is compaible with any car mount that used the standardized ball socket, which is like 90% or better.

Ce chercher MagSafe pour voiture équipe d’un ventilateur est vraiment astucieux et bienvenu surtout dans les périodes chaudes où le téléphone prends le soleil derrière le pare-brise.
Le ventilateur permet de réduit considérablement la température de l’appareil. J’avoue être plutôt bluffé je pensais que cela serait anecdotique mais en réalité c’est très efficace.
Son seul défaut vient de la pince de fixation que n’aurait préféré plus épaisse pour agripper autre chose que la grille de ventilation, ou plus fine pour prendre moins de place et éviter l’effet ressort de la longue distance de rotule.
Il aurait été bienvenu d’avoir une fixation au plus proche de la grille pour plus de rigidité. Mais c’est le seul défaut.
Je recommande ce produit surtout pour les long trajets avec gps

Das ist nicht meine erste magnetische Auto-Halterung mit integrierter MagSafe-Ladeeinheit, aber mit großem Abstand die hochwertigste.
Ich habe inzwischen diverse Halterungen getestet, darunter auch einige mit eingebauter Ladefunktion, aber keine kommt an die Materialqualität der Amegat-Variante heran.
Der Korpus besteht aus hochwertigem Aluminium, sorgfältig und nahtlos eloxiert. Soweit ich das beurteilen kann, ist die Auflagefläche der MagSafe-Halterung sogar aus Glas – hart, hochglänzend und nur mit viel bösem Willen zu verkratzen. Das beeindruckt mich schon sehr.
Natürlich ist diese hochwertige Verarbeitung nicht ganz ohne Nachteile. Die Ladeeinheit ist etwas schwerer als andere Modelle, die ich getestet habe.
Dieses Gewichtsproblem und die damit verbundene, recht starke Krafteinwirkung auf eine einzelne Lamelle im Lüftungsschlitz, löst der Hersteller aber mit einer wirklich cleveren Konstruktion:
Die Halterung verfügt unterhalb der Klemmvorrichtung – die im Gegensatz zu anderen Modellen nicht verschraubt werden muss, sondern wie eine Wäscheklammer durch kräftigen Federdruck gehalten wird – über einen ausklappbaren Stützarm. Dieser leitet das Gewicht auf stabilere, weniger empfindliche Flächen der Armaturenverkleidung um. Einfach und solide gelöst.
Einen Kritikpunkt habe ich jedoch: Die eigentliche Klammer ist ziemlich dick. Bisher hatte ich damit noch keine Probleme (ich fahre ausschließlich Leihwagen und Carsharing-Fahrzeuge), aber die Klammer kommt teilweise an die Grenze des verfügbaren Abstands zwischen den Lamellen. Ich weiß aus Erfahrung, dass es Fahrzeuge gibt, bei denen der Abstand geringer ist. Bei manchen Fahrzeugtypen könnte es hier also zu Problemen kommen.
Positiv: Alle diese Halterungen scheinen für das Kugelgelenk den gleichen Durchmesser zu verwenden (wir haben hier im Haus verschiedene Modelle getestet), sodass sich die Halterungsköpfe problemlos untereinander austauschen lassen, falls man doch eine andere Variante bevorzugt.
Der integrierte Lüfter, der erfreulicherweise temperaturgesteuert arbeitet und nur bei Bedarf anspringt, ist bei hoher Leistung in absoluter Stille durchaus hörbar. Im Fahrzeug jedoch – und dafür ist das Gerät ja gedacht – wird das Geräusch problemlos von den Fahrgeräuschen übertönt und stört nicht.
Besonders erfreulich, und ein weiterer Grund für den leicht höheren Preis, ist die Qi2-Zertifizierung, die nicht nur für einen hohen Ladestrom, sondern vor allem für Sicherheit beim Laden der Geräte sorgt.
Zum Thema Ladestrom: Nicht jedes Fahrzeug liefert über die USB-Buchse ausreichend Strom. Es kann daher durchaus vorkommen, dass das Telefon bei intensiver Nutzung und heller Displaybeleuchtung nicht oder nur minimal geladen wird. Das liegt allerdings nicht am Gerät, sondern am Fahrzeug!
Alles in allem ist das für mich die bislang beeindruckendste Fahrzeughalterung mit integrierter MagSafe-kompatibler Schnellladung und sinnvoller, wirksamer Kühlung. Den etwas höheren Preis im Vergleich zur Konkurrenz finde ich mehr als gerechtfertigt, und ich kann dieses Amegat-Gerät uneingeschränkt empfehlen! Momentan gibt es sogar einen 30 % Rabatt – ein echtes Schnäppchen für ein so hochwertiges Produkt.
