From the beginning:
Customer Service: A+
Item shipped via logistical carrier, upon receiving the package, the top of the box was literally torn and almost removed. With the shipping damage, the battery charger, digital monitor, buss bar and wiring was no longer in the box. Quickly reached out of Lossigy power, where Lisa responded within a few hours. I provided quite a few photos and it was determined the battery was ok per checking via the app. Once the battery was determined to be ok, within a few days a new box was shipped with all missing parts. The customer service with this company was quick to respond, handled the situation without issue and quickly resolved the situation.
I questioned the purchase of this battery at first, due to it is not a “name brand”, and worried the customer service would not be as prudent as others and I must say, they quickly put that to rest. I will be purchasing another battery from this company in the near future. I will do this without hesitation due to the spot on customer service I received.
Battery power: A+
I have noticed a slight increase in power and response. (this could be due to the weight savings)
Battery has replaced 6 – 6 volt batteries in my golf cart, first off the weight saving is immense. I am saving approximately 240 pounds on weight.
Battery Longevity: A (only because have utilize for one solid day, and a few short runs on other days)
Utilized my cart for 6 hours with the on board radio going the majority of the time, The battery still had 80% of charge remaining. I see no reason this battery would not last for 2-3 days of use, or multiple trips to the golf course. This, all without charging.
Battery Charger: A
Very quiet, efficient and charges quickly.
Cons:
1) Your may have to build a battery tray to hold and secure the battery.
2) The battery monitor instructions are difficult to read due to how small the writing is.
Again I will be purchasing from this company again without trepidation.

I love the Bluetooth feature! The included charger is phenomenal. I’ve only drained the battery twice so far. The cart charges in 3 to 4 hours, while the old lead acid batteries took overnight. I couldn’t tell what cell went bad in the lead acid, hence the need to replace it with this new lithium phosphorus battery. I can run my cart for days around my community without a charge necessary. The battery meter that came with the unit is difficult to program. I still haven’t gotten it down. Don’t expect any help from technical support. I emailed and called them without any response. I’m very happy with the battery. I see prices are dropping, and with competition from Temu, Amazon was a smart right choice.

I purchased the Lossigy 48v 150ah battery for our Yamaha G29 golfcart conversion. I am very impressed with the battery, charger & monitor screen. Also the ease of use on the BMS app. Lossigy communicated quickly and was prompt in replying to my questions.
The corner was dinged by the shipping company however Lossigy was great with their concern about the issue & responses to my concerns.
This battery has a great build quality. Youtube reviews on these batteries are excellent with several people posting videos disassembling the batteries and reviewing the individual build quality and components.
All I needed to complete my conversion was a 48v to 12v converter to power my 12v lights and accessories.

Ordered on black Friday for a 2013 Club Car Precedent. Arrived earlier than first expected. About 10 days from order to doorstep. Pretty fast, since it shipped from California to Florida by freight.
Packaging was sufficient, although it did have some damage to the cardboard box that seems to have scraped the charger very slightly. Not a big deal. Not the sellers fault.
Bluetooth was easily setup in 30 seconds. Showed all the information I wanted to see. The ability to turn off the output and charging separately is very nice. The only issue I have is the ability for anyone to be able to connect to the battery if they have the app. No password for security. If I walk away and disable the battery, someone could just walk up and log in if they lift the seat and look at the brand.
Other than that, it’s been a fine unit. Works perfectly. And let me drop an extra 300 pounds from the cart by replacing the 6 Trojan T890’s.
I initially was concerned about the monitor not being in my order. But after contacting Customer service, I found out the monitor wasn’t included in the original listing and had been updated between my date of purchase and delivery. They were very nice and offered to send me one out anyway! Extremely helpful and very quick to respond.
I will update after a few months.

This product arrived when it was supposed to and was packed well with no damage. I installed this battery in my 36 volt golf cart and the golf cart run beautifully. It does not weight way as much as my other batteries did so took a lot of weight off the cart. My golf cart has a lot more get up and go and last longer on a charge than the other batteries did. It was an easy install for me and I am 76 years old, the bluetooth works well so I can check on the battery charge. Will change out my other golf cart with this battery.
