I used this cleaner to remove blue jean stains from my light leather bag, and it worked perfectly! I was skeptical as some reviews said it didn’t remove jean stains, but it worked really well for me. The protector, on the other hand… I lathered my bag up with the protector cream in hopes that it would keep the jean stains off of my newly cleaned bag. The next day I already had more jean stains again.

Product is good, but the packaging was terrible. Part of one of the bottles had leaked out and soaked the instruction booklet, the sponge and the cloth; to say nothing of wasting the product which is relatively expensive.

I went back and forth on what care product to get for my couches. When I was cleaning under my FlexSteel leather couches, I saw they had originally been treated with Leather Master products, that made the decision easier. I purchased this kit and a couple extra bottles of the cleaner and conditioner (due to the smaller bottles in this kit). The product itself was excellent! It cleaned the couches really well and the conditioner really soaked in and made them look brand new. We live in the desert with no real humidity, so I needed something that could keep the leather soft and looking good. The directions were well-written and easy to follow. The sponge was a little small and I ended up using an old t-shirt to apply the conditioner, instead of the cloth they provided. I would give it 5 stars if the bottles contained more fluid and the application tools (sponge and cloth) were bigger for the size of the job of cleaning two larger couches. I am glad that I got extra bottles as I went through about a half of a bottle of both the cleaner and conditioner. Overall, I would definitely recommend this product to others.

Used on Flexsteel leather sofa. Easy to use, cleaned well (on a well maintained sofa), no damage to leather. I think this is a reliable, high quality product. Worth the money – to me.

I purchased this to use on a leather sofa and chair. Other leather cleaning products that I have tried on this sofa would remove the dye leaving light spots. This is the only product I have used so far that i can clean the entire sofa and be cerain that I am not removing the color from the leather. I know it has to do with what kind of leather I have. I am not up on the different types of leather and what works on each one. This comes with a cleaner and a conditioner. Both are beneficial to cleaning and caring for my leather furniture.

I hear this is a good product….all I know is that it is cheaper than the dianese leather cleaner..but does the same job🤔

This brand was recommended by the store where we had our leather sectional and ottoman custom built. We’ve used it three times in the last year we have owned our sofa, and it still looks brand new. The two step process to clean/condition process is quick and easy. I like that the kit comes with the soft sponge to apply the cleaner and a soft cloth for the conditioner, and very clear instructions. Highly recommend!
