Easy to use and a little goes a long way. I conditioned four leather chairs and two leather loveseats and expected I’d use it up in the process, but no, it down may a quarter and it did an outstanding job. I’ll be buying it again for sure!

I am using this leather conditioner on my leather sofa.
It’s important that I mention that the product shown is not the product I received. (see photo)
The bottle states Condition, Soften and Protect.
I cannot honestly say if using this is making a difference. My furniture doesn’t feel any softer, there hasn’t been any liquid spills on it such as water, oil or alcohol so I can’t attest to the effectiveness of this product.

I am a firm believer in the detailer’s maxim “use the least aggressive method or product available.” If the least aggressive method doesn’t work, then move onto the next, etc., until you get the job done. You run a much smaller chance of damaging something by following that simple rule.
The leather products I normally use even sell two types of cleaners…a gentle one and a more heavy duty cleaner.
The leather seats in my SUV are a light color Ford named “stone.” With the leather being that light in color, I need to clean it frequently. Harsh cleaners would likely damage the clear coating that comes on most automotive leathers. Shortly after this arrived, I noticed some blue jean transfer on my driver’s seat, so I decided to try this cleaner. I didn’t spray this directly on the seat as the directions state, rather I sprayed it into a microfiber cloth. I wiped the stains and then left the cloth, damp with cleaner, on top of the stains to allow the product to dwell on the stains a bit longer. That did the trick and the blue stains then came off easily. The seat was clean with a nice matt finish. Next was the steering wheel. I wash my hands frequently and it always amazes me how quickly a steering wheel can get dirty. Again, the cleaner was effective leaving a clean and proper matt finish.
So far this cleaner has worked well without causing any damage. I will continue to use it.

After I left my original review the company did contact me wanting to make things right. I explained that I had already returned the product so I was not sure what more they could do for me at that point. They said they still wanted to make things right and asked if they could still send me the correct product at no charge for me to still try out. They did state that there was some kind of mix-up when shipping several of these out and they were just trying to make things right. I agreed and have received the correct product but have not been able to use it yet. I am grateful to companies like this that are willing to do what they need to do to make things right when something goes wrong. I am very happy with the customer service I received for this product and once I have had the chance to use the cleaner, I will update my review further. It is hard to find companies like this that really appreciate their customers.

The only thing that I received was the leather conditioner that you see in the photos. When I submitted that I received the wrong item, I was not given the choice to have the correct item sent to me, only a refund for the returned product. Very disappointed in this one because I got this to clean a leather sofa I was selling. Instead, I had to go out and buy something from one of those big box stores because I did not have time to find another one and wait for it to arrive. I could not afford to ruin the sofa either or it would have cost me even more money because I would have lost money on the sale of the sofa.

I ordered this and it was missing on of the cleaners. So I ordered a new one to return the other. I got the new package and AGAIN I am missing one of the cleaners/stain removers. I again only got half of my order for the second time. Horrible service

This leather cleaner definitely works, but it took multiple applications and rounds of elbow grease ti get satisfactory results.
I used this on a 2009 Lexus is250 on tan leather perforated seats. They definitely showed their age and needed a deep cleaning.
I really tried to make this work, but it took so much energy to get mid type results that I switched to a different leather cleaner after the first seat. My assumption was correct, and the name brand cleaner performed much better, actually cutting the elbow grease time by 1/3!
Not completely useless, but you can definitely find better for your money.
I wouldn’t buy/use/ recommend this product for leather cleaning. Maybe there’s a better use but I highly doubt it.
