After hearing these recommended I decided to try them out. Installation was a breeze. The ride is smother than my 130k stock suspension. However the car now has a ridiculous amount of body roll at speeds over 40

About two years ago, I installed a full set of KYB strut assemblies on my 2000 Buick Regal GS.

The rear two are already failing, after only ~25k miles. They are weak and don’t dampen properly anymore.
This is embarrassing. This is Monroe strut level quality; it is not remotely close to “OEM plus” or even OEM quality.
I highly recommend you avoid these and instead choose the OEM strut assemblies, if available.
Two stars because the front ones are not yet failing …

I installed them on my girlffriends car. Proved a vast improvement over the OEM struts. Very beefy. They fit perfectly.

After a little over 1 year and 30,000 miles the springs compressed to the point that they actually touch together.The car drove so bad i had to put spring rubbers in to support the weak springs which made the car drive close to normal again.You’ll get the warranty out of them and that’s about it so if you don’t mind buying and installing them every year then this is for you,if not look elsewhere.

The product went in well, was received with no defects, and seems well built. I had an impact gun to get the bolts off, and that made the installation easy. Ride quality went up spectacularly vs. the original 100k suspension.

The plus is the simplicity of the project and the results were precisely what I expected, a solid ride and no more cartoon motion. I don’t worry about how fast I can get it, just that the product arrives as described and does what it is intended to, without much ado. Fit performance and finish Pareto is correct.
