While KYB is a prominent Japanese suspension manufacturer, these that I bought for my 97 Avalon proudly display “Made in USA” on them. Very good struts, they made the car handle like new again, nothing else needed. I’d recommend these anytime. I have the same brand on my Evo, nothing at all wrong with these, vastly superior to Monroe’s from reviews I’ve read. Stiff but not harsh, that’s what gives a good ride quality!

Worked perfectly fine in the rear of my 1997 Camry V6

The strut fits perfectly on my 96 Camry. Installed without any issue. Test drove my car and felt good.

Quality of strut seems good, but the threads on the top of the rod seem to be a bit fragile. I had to take the nut back off to install the OEM spacer (that I completely forgot about) and barely got the nut off, let alone back on. Bit disappointed in that aspect.

The price is OK. The quality is good. Perfect fit.

All my cars had kyb except 1
KYB was really good quality and they offered Lifetime Guarantee Warranty I bought a complete set front and rears I notice the rears were not as stiff but I just left it until It got bad then i decided to replace them under warranty. A KYB rep asked me if I can provide proof of purchase and I did then he says they are old and would not warranty them so I emailed again then called them finally got a manager and he told me I had to take it to a authorize KYB shop to have the shop inspect them which would be more then new shocks and if they say they are leaking or damaged they have to be the ones to replace them and send the warranty claim to KYB seriously this is so lame and the warranty sucks I would never wish bad on anyone or any company but when this type of stuff a huge company does is not right.

Installed on a 1999 Toyota Camry LE V6 with custom GP No Sag Springs. Only confusing part was to find a Bump Stop and installing that. Overall, No Major Issues.

Both 334133 and 3342 34 were inside the box on its own without any thing securing it in place. It looks like the seating for the spring pierce through the box during shipping. The struts is good. Installed in my Toyota no problem.
