I use cheap Fram filters on all my cars, motorcycles and ATV except my Arctic Cat UTV. The UTV’s oil filter is in a horrible position between the seats. The nut on the end of this filter is fantastic for getting the filter off. And I have been using K&N air filter for 25+ years, so I know it is a solid product.

What a great idea to put a bolt head on the filter! It worked great. No more hassles with filter wrenches. Just be careful not to over tighten. It’s easy to do if you’re not careful. Leave it to K&N to think of another excellent product improvement.

Well, it’s an oil filter. As long as it does what it supposed to do it perfect. The 17MM socket on top make sit easy to screw on.

Love the nut on the end that allows you to remove or tighten with a wrench or socket. No problem installing the filter on my 2007 Arctic Cat 700 EFI
