The product is clean and installation is easy. I would spend the extra 10 dollars to get this product the cover is good.
I know in the picture it looks like I have positive to positive but disregard. Instead of purchasing a black ground I just bought a longer red gauge cable.

My only complaint is the price, but I wanted something perfect. The wire holes are large and I was more easily able to fit my wires inside than other terminal adapters I’ve used.
The holes are tapered a bit and the screw that holds the wires is rounded so it can be cranked down to the point of smashing/molding the wire to the form of the terminal adapter without cutting any wire strands.
It is very sturdy and allows for both large and small battery terminal posts.
I might buy a second to replace my negative terminal, which I already have.

While these are a bit pricey, they work well. I did have to switch to a less expensive one for the rest of my needs.

Had I known about Kicker Products, I would have been buying them a long time ago.

This thing looks awesome once installed. My only gripe is that I had to bore the holes in the terminals to fit 0 gauge wire. It’s advertised as being able to fit two 0 gauge wires but I would say maybe 2 gauge or 4 gauge without modifying the terminal. Other reviews have stated that the terminal would not secure properly to their battery post. I did not encounter that issue. I used a group 24 battery in my Maxima and it secured tightly with no issues. For the price, I would say this was a good buy and I plan on getting another for the positive terminal when I do by “Big 4 upgrade”. If I didn’t have to modify the terminal, I would’ve given this 5 stars. Just an FYI, I currently I have two Knuconceptz Kolossus Flex 0 gauge wires and the factory ground going into this terminal.

Great looking, works great. You got what you paid for. I bought two for both terminals. I suppose the insert-ring is for the negative post. The positive post on my battery is bigger than the negative post so I did not need the insert ring for the positive terminal. However, the negative post on battery is small enough where even with the ring and tighten all the way it could not grip the post tightly. I ended up double-up on the insert-rings (I used the extra one from the positive post installation). Other than that, the terminal looks professional and everything works great. Please note that there is another ‘screw-in’ post for wire with terminating ring. This terminal is not shown is the spec of this post. I used this terminal with the Stinger kit to install my amplifier.

This battery terminal looks cool, but its has HUGE flaws.
First of all, The tightening screw does not screw in far enough to allow it to grasp the terminal post, even with the insert ring, spacer, spreader (whatever you like to call it) but there is a solution to this. Replace the screw, same type but instead use one with a 1.00 pitch. The original screw is too long, the reason why most people here have used the insert ring. I replaced the screw and avoided using the insert ring. It will grasp the post securely.
Second, the outputs are not true 0-gauge. Its 2-gauge at the most. I bored the holes using a half inch drill bit. Now my positive wire and Kicker 0-gauge wire slips easily without any hassle. If you don’t bore the holes, you will be cutting off strands of wire in order for your wire to fit. Its better to do it right or not even bother. Kicker failed with this terminal. In my case this terminal resulted in a downgrade, but the modifications i made resulted in something more or less acceptable. If you decide to get this terminal be prepared to spend a bit more on additional hardware. I do not recommend this battery terminal. Kicker failed here drastically, the item description on Amazon must be modified to demonstrate its true specs. You upgrade your terminal for one single reason, to get rid of ring connectors and run 0-gauge wire. FAIL.
I gave it 5 stars so that other views could see this, but I rate this at 2.5 stars due to the modifications that must be made. It works, but for my setup it didn’t make the job any easier.

I replaced the heavily worn and distorted battery terminal connectors in my 97 Mustang with these new connectors. Each of the older terminal connectors connected several wires somewhat haphazardly, with periodic disconnects causing engine starting issues. These new battery terminal connectors individually accepted all of the wires going to the battery and locked each wire down with the screw nuts. Installation was straight forward: you do need a set of different size wrenches. My negative battery terminal was smaller than the positive terminal so I had to use the shim that came with the connecting terminal: the positive battery terminal was larger and I had to remove the shim in that connector. I really like the plastic connector covers and the respective red(+) and black(-) tie down screws that came with each connector package. The installed battery connectors look really good, and I look forward to displaying my Mustang engine at the next cars and coffee event.

This is a very clean looking device. It looks great on the car especially since its a custom ride used in car shows. I bought two, one for each terminal but the screw on one of them used to tighten it on to the battery terminal had not been drilled deep enough, so the screw just bottomed out without tightening. It would have to be re-drilled and tapped for the tightening bolt to be functional. Probably just a Friday on the day it was manufactured. A better form of quality control would have prevented that but the other worked fine. 5 stars if it wouldn’t have had that problem.
