These batteries fit my 2022 4Runner key fob. They also fit AirTags, both the Apple brand and off-brand tags as well. They are much more affordable than buying them in the grocery store.

Although this is marketed as a replacement battery for an automobile key fob, it is still a CR 2032 battery which is identical to every other CR 2032 battery and can be used as a replacement battery for any item requiring a CR 2032 battery. The benefit to this battery however because it is marketed specifically for automobile, key fobs, is that it comes with a lever and two micro screwdrivers to assist you in separating the top in the bottom of the automobile key fob and removing any ret Aning covers in it. Does the blue plastic triangular lever which is used to pry apart the top in the bottom of the automobile key fob. If the key fob has is held together with , tiny screws, included screwdrivers can remove any battery any screws, as well as remove any screws, holding any retaining piece once the key fob is opened. These tiny screwdrivers can also be used for any other device with tiny screws such as your eyeglasses and sunglasses. This is why I say it is a battery with benefits.
Mom’s Opinions –
My 2019 Acura MDX remote key fob battery was dying, so I got this 2 pack to replace it. The batteries came with a miniature slotted and Phillips head screwdrivers and a guitar pick style pry tool. For my remote, these were not necessary, since I used the emergency key in the remote to pry the case off.
Getting the case apart was very simple, as I just inserted the key into the hole where I took the key out, and twisted it against the metal stub sticking out at the bottom of the remote. I you are doing this yourself, make sure the buttons on the remote are facing down, toward the floor, or else they will fall out of the remote case once you have the case apart. I just swapped out the batteries after that and the snapped the case back together. Everything worked perfectly after that, I have a fresh battery in the remote which should last about 2 years.
Overall, this is a nice kit that came with some extras which I did not use, but I know some of the older Acura remotes do have screws in them that need a screwdriver and pry tool to get them apart. I would recommend it, and the price is reasonable.

This is great to keep in the drawer for when your key battery runs out because it had all of the things you need to fix it. The little plastic prying tool works great and popped the back off of my key easily and it even has a screwdriver in case your key fob has a screw. The battery has been working great. The only concern is that the plastic that seals in the batteries comes off with very little effort so you would want to keep it far away from kids.
Mom’s Opinions –
My Toyota sedan was displaying warning message that the fob battery was low. I got this battery and was able to replace the old battery without any issue even though these batteries are listed for Acura cars. I did not need the supplied screw driver provided in this kit but the plastic tool came in handy to open the key fob battery compartment. The fob is working as expected and my car is no longer showing any battery warning messages. I highly recommend these batteries!

As good a 2032 coin battery as I’ve used. All I can say is that these had a full charge when I received them. How long they will retain their charge is yet to be determined.
