Not exactly happy with this product. While it does work, it whines, which is annoying!
I find this very fustrating, being i followed their exact instructions. Under their trouble shooting fixs for the whining noise i peformed every solution with no luck. I have one last solution to try and that is the overpressure possiblitiy. And that solution didn’t tell you how to fix it, but to go to a profrssional! So what do you think that will cost me? Yes I’ll return the manufacture defect, after i buy a new one else where… apparntly according to other reviews, i would say this item is a hit or miss due to a assembly line that obviously don’t have a quality control

2009 Nissan Altima 3.5L. I’m not too sure on this pump yet. My OEM began to leak and whine (225K miles on it) and I chose this pump as the replacement. Removal and install is not too much fun but after about 3-4 hours, I was done. This replacement has a very slight hum to it but nothing bad. I did notice that the pulley kind of wobbles when it is going, so I’m not sure how long it will last like that, and that is why I’m giving it 4 stars. Overall however, it does operate and has not caused any steering issues for me.
