I put the alternator to my car and it is working perfectly.
Turbo –
I ordered this alternator on a chance that it would fix my low voltage no charging issue on my 2014 CAT 289D track loader with the 3.3Kubota/Cat engine. It arrived promptly but I noticed the pulley had a wider groove than the original. I swapped the original pulley and spacer to this new alternator and instantly got my voltage back to 14-14.6v!
Way way WAY more affordable than a $900 CAT part.
Time will tell how long it will last. The original had 3800hrs.
Turbo –
This is a junk. The part does not work. It’s not fair that the return window is short. I need a refund or credit on my account. I cannot rate a bad part.
