Polarity is reversed on the motor. I lift the button up and the window goes down and push the button down and the window goes up. How could the manufactures of this product do this. I would send it back but it took hours to get it in. I should get all my money back this is a defective product. Don’t they test it before selling it. Very unhappy customer.

Product was wired backwards. The window switch is opposite of the way it’s supposed to be

Easy to install, works great but motor was wired wrong so the window would go up instead of down and down instead of up. Had to cut and reverse the wires and that fixed it.

Don’t waste time and money. It’s junk. Rolled down the window twice before it stopped working the switch is also backwards
