- ã€Brand New Solution】: When your car battery drains and leaves you stranded, it may be difficult to find someone to help jump start your car. Our jumper cables offer you a new solution, allowing you to conveniently use the power from the available cordless tool battery to start your car.
- ã€Instructions for Use】: â‘ Connect the red clip to the positive terminal (+) of the car, insert the battery into the adapter and ensure it is securely locked, then connect the black clip to the negative terminal of the car. â‘¡Turn the key or use the start button to start the car, with the ignition time not exceeding 2 seconds. â‘¢If the car fails to start, do not immediately attempt to restart. Wait a few minutes to allow the tool battery to charge the car battery, and then try again. â‘£Once the car starts, immediately remove the tool battery.
- ã€Important Notes】: â‘ Please keep the car’s ignition time between 1-2 seconds; otherwise, long time excessive current may risk damaging the tool battery. â‘¡Batteries with larger capacities can provide greater starting currents, enabling the starting of cars with larger displacements. â‘¢It is not recommended for starting high-displacement diesel engines, as the tool battery may not be able to handle the extremely high currents required for starting. â‘£This jump cable does not convert or reduce voltage. It simply provides an additional option for starting the car in emergency situations.
- ã€High Quality】: Our adapter is made of robust ABS plastic with a convenient, slip-resistant design. It features high-quality tinned copper wire cores for excellent conductivity and flexibility. The cables are covered with fire-resistant silicone rubber insulation, and the clamps are made with fully-insulated materials to prevent sparking.
- ã€Specifications】: 8-AWG wire. Adapter compatible with all Makita 18V batteries. Perfect for most motorcycles, cars, and SUVs, capable of jumpstarting up to 5.0L gasoline and 3.0L diesel engines.

tried on 6 month old battery that died in this past weeks cold snap. today was 30° so figured a good day to try it.
i tried 3 fully charged batteries to put in this thing. 1st battery did not start car but literally did nothing besides get me all lights in the car. but it drained the tool battery.
i put on a new battery and tried.. nothing so, i let it sit for 10 mins.
tried agian and got like 3 weak slow cranks. nit enogh to start car.

This is for the geniuses thinking this converts to 12v. Now cars use 12v batteries but a good battery when the car is running is at 14.6v so the 18v battery has enough power to start it once if it’s a 5ah battery. It can start modern cars ive helped other people stuck and it worked every time

Works very well

The cables are pretty long and surprisingly very flexible definitely for the price it’s great and I always have charge batteries. The Makita batteries have their own built-in voltage and amperage protection so it’s mostly safe definitely not manufacturer recommended but if you’re buying something like this you probably already know that.

I am very pleased with the performance of this jumper pack. I jumped a 110 hp tractor with it. It’s a handy tool.

This unit is built like a tank. But I don’t see any type of logic board. As I read the instructions, it says to turn off all the electronics. I have three cars and even the oldest one from 2007 has so much electronics that are on that I am not willing to try to use it.
If you have a really old vehicle with no electronics, maybe you are willing to give it a try. But this seems really dangerous and I’m not willing to risk frying a circuit board that could cost me more than what the car is worth. So hard pass on me.
