This does *Not* fit a 1996 suburban.

Bad fuel line failed after 2 months in tank Wasted a lot of money having to pay double labor for a part that was supposed to be good then they sent one for a truck and not suburban all around bad.

The purchase and delivery was fantastic, they even refunded me however, within a two month period of the fuel pump being installed it failed with no warning. We were stuck on the side of the road and needed a tow. Upon trouble shooting, I found that the pump winding was open.
Have always kept a minimum of 3/4 tank of fuel and regularly change the filter. Tank was cleaned before installation as well. So I can only assume it was a product that was equal to its cost and for less than $100.00 one would say I was lucky to get two months out of it. My bad, lesson learned. The inconvenience of breaking down on a hwy and having to wait for a tow was stressful, but considering we were lucky enough to coast to a safe spot on a shoulder was tenfold. Never again.

Manufacture defect assembled incorrectly top housing is on the opposite tide and too wide you cant connect the fuel lines and wont sit on tank correctly as it is too wide on the edges will not lock in place.
