2011 Silverado 5.3 fit right in and works as it should it’s been going strong for 2 months now and I don’t have any issues with it. I was skeptical about buying on Amazon but I’m glad I did it saved me $100’s. I installed myself shop wanted around $700 to replace with Delphi pump I did this for less than $150 total including new tank straps and hardware.

So far this new fuel pump is working Great! It has more fuel pressure than the oem fuel pump . And that is great if you are running e85 like I do. I will definitely be buying from them again.

After a 2 months of driving alls good. gas gauge works and truck runs fine. No it’s issues installing really but the 2 spring rods connecting top and bottom pieces of pump can out of the top part and it took a bit to get it reassembled the rods has ridges that just friction holds it in place with the springs pushing up its not hard to come apart be careful when tucking it into the tank. Definitely get a new retaining lock ring you’ll need it.

Worked fine for two months, then it stopped working all of a sudden. We had to tow the car in the middle of the night.

Used J2 pumps twice before. Once in a 2002 Ford Explorer and again in a 2003 Tahoe. Both have been in for a coupler years without fail. Bought this one for a 2002 Yukon Xl 2500. Worked great for about a month then all of a sudden my fuel gauge started going in and out randomly. It will go out while parked or while driving. Please keep in mind this truck was wonderfully engineered with 2 tanks. Both tanks have fuel pumps with fuel gauge sending units in them. I only replaced the one in the main tank so may be a problem with the sending unit in the second tank or may be a open ground somewhere. It is winter and i do not have a garage so as long as it is running I will check it out once the weather warms up. As with the other 2 J2 pumps I have purchased in the past fit was perfect and they are holding fuel pressure perfectly. I would use this product again if needed in any other car or truck
