The worst part about needing a part now is having to buy from a local auto parts store. Everything is way overpriced.But i got this part the next morning saved me 60$. So amazon if your reading this find a way to get auto to us faster and save us all from the terrible prices of the major auto stores.

The pulley is noticeably bigger than the original. Look at the wear marks and the gap under level. I lost 2 belts and a whole bunch of time and money. And can’t return it because the return date passed by 3 weeks. Complete bull$&@!

The part came with a frozen pulley. It would not spin freely because the back sides of the pulley were up against the metal tensioner. No quality control. Be aware.

Bought this tensioner in July by September belt was squealing. I put a new belt on when I replaced the tensioner but decided to buy another belt anyway and the problem continued. Three belts later and noise from everyone so I am sure it is not the belt but definitely the tensioner. Maybe I got a dud but I’m not sure. Hope the company will reach out and make it right. I updated my review based on customer service response. They covered item under warranty and sent me a new tensioner. Customer service can make or break a product. Thank you.

I installed this in my crv and a year later the water pump fell off because both bolts had broken and the threads in the tensioner were all galled. Material this was made from is terrible and now I get to do the job again.
