This is a very nicely made part with beautiful anodizing, matching connector hose with the clamps already on it ready to go, a hex key, bolts, and a new gasket.
It’s good stuff!
The only thing I noticed, is that while they state it’s a good match for a GX-270, the connector hose is far too large in diameter for any carb suited to this intake.
I’m going to either have to get a reducer, or turn it on the lathe.
The internal diameter of the intake is the right size to match a Mikuni carb, but because this thing is so beefy, the outer diameter of the hose won’t fit the carb (even if you really squeeze it down.
No big deal though! I’m thrilled to have found an intake that actually matches the bolt holes on a Honda GX 270.

I purchased this to use as a manifold to inject hydrogen into my air intake on my motorized bike. it worked surprisingly well although one must have a source of p[ressurized hydrogen which isn’t cheap. but man what a great fuel source!

Worked very well with my pwk 34mm all i had to buy was a jet kit and she runs smooth, just keep in mind you might need to use a little soap to get the carb on the boot, Just insures it’ll never come off.
