I used the vehicle confirmation system and it did say it would fit a 2014 Kia Cadenza Premium 3.3 V6. These gaskets do not fit, upper or lower.

They fit like a glove. Easy to use just a pain in the butt to take the top of the motor off to get to the old ones and put the new ones in. Grab a beer and take your time. Get all of the foot pounds before putting the motor back together. I snapped a bolt from an over torque.
