the wrong adapter but the wires are correct. I just need to figure out how to attach this adapter to the one coming from my quads engine wires

I installed this new switch on a yamaha grizzly 450 and everything appeared fine. But now the cooling fan doesn’t work with the key in the on position, causing the atv to overheat. The cooling fan now will only turn on with the key in the off position and the engine not running.
Upon closer inspection it appears the toggles inside this switch do not work the same as the factory switch. There are two circuits that the factory key opens (OFF) and closes (ON). This aftermarket key closes one circuit and opens the other instead of both at the same time. Do not buy this switch because it is not a factory replacement.

Fan only works in the off position and makes engine over heat when running in the on position

ignition was wired wrong, when in “off” position bike turned on and able to pull the key out, when in “on” position bile was off amd could not pull key out
