It looks the part, appearing almost the same as OEM however it will not snap-in. the base has two open holes where the tabs on the ignition cylinder are supposed snap into however the base is not pushing in far enough to grab. I’ve worked in the automotive field for many years, this is not an installation error, the part does not fit a 2010 Mazda cx-9. I give it 2 stars because it took quite a beating while trying to force it on and it didn’t break. (it never clipped in)
