After having spent nearly $350 at O’Reilly’s getting spark plugs there, not even 2 months later the coils they sold me started making this awful ticking noise. I replaced it with these which look exactly like the OEM ones that were in the car, they have been in for around 8 months and still working fantastically!

I was always a little skeptical about buying aftermarket parts for my BMW, but with the prices getting out of control I decided to give these coils a try. I’m here to tell you that my 1998 BMW 528I has a new lease on life. Responsiveness has never been better. Just wished I had done this sooner. You can’t beat these ignition coils for performance and price. Along with new spark plugs, I’m golden for a few more miles.

My poor e39 was in a bad way, but it was driveable. It was throwing so many codes, and then just up and quit accelerating one day. I was stressing out and thinking about selling it, knowing finding another e39 these days is no easy task. So my buddy said “start with the cheapest, easiest thing” and sent me the link to these coils. 10 minutes later the ol girl was back! I just installed them, so will update on longevity, but I’m usually a believer in cheap aftermarket parts for any BMW from 1993-2003. I can’t tell you how night and day my car is now. Any sort of misfire, hesitation, or shakey engine symptom start with these and go from there.
