As stated in title horrible build quality, one of the coil mounts were stripped out, the ignitor didn’t work. Took it apart and found bad solder on a couple of connections. Redid the solder and still didn’t work right.

I bought this product to replace the original part in my truck to get it running. Everywhere else it was 300 dollars. I should have just paid for one that would work. Truck still isn’t getting spark. I imagine this probably has something to do with it. Don’t waste your time

86 Toyota pickup 22R fit nicely. Had a no spark issue out of nowhere. I replaced my distributor, coil, plugs and wires with no luck. Lastly I decided it might be the igniter but for $300 plus I was not willing to spend a lot on something else that might not work. But for less than $50 I was willing to give this a try regardless of the outcome. I jumped for joy when my truck fired up after I installed this and it’s been running ever since. It might not be made to the highest standards but I can always buy a better one next time or just buy another one like this. I’m happy I gave it a shot.
