Works great. You will need to remove the regulator from the old blower and install onto this one. Easy peasy

UPDATE: After only 6 weeks this blower motor already failed. In comparison, the OEM motor lasted over a decade. Pure junk. Have to buy a new one but this time I’ll use a different seller. Bad product.
