Rebecca Evers –
My husband installed this and it initially worked great but within a week, the car started making a terrible noise where the fan motor was. A mechanic discovered the fins had cracked/broken off. Very disappointed this part didn’t last.
Thomas Kores –
As advertised and an easy install.
Kevin Cochrane –
Showed up ahead of schedule, fit like a glove, great value. My mechanic, not a dealership, quoted me at least $400 to fix claiming that the part was most of the cost. My Jetta is 11 years old so at this point I don’t need a genuine VW part. YouTube gave the tutorial and I only needed a flat head screwdriver for tools.

Great piece of equipment and locked up perfect plastic in the old war inside was nice I had no problems installing it and it’s nice and quiet as well

JSC –
Appears to work very well, so far. Installation was not easy only because of the car (Gulf GTi) design and access.
KevinW –
Second blower purchased, first from tyc and it was bad, this one is much quieter and works.
AJ –
Pros: Cheap, fit’s like OEM, looks like it’s built quality, balanced blade
Cons: Noticeably louder than OEM blower, hole for the plastic screw which holds the bottom panel (cover) is not threaded so you can put just one screw.
Grant Boyer –
Great price, easy install, and overall it was a big savings from having a shop do it.
David B. –
Very easy to install in my 2007 Jetta. My old one had a few broken blades and made a HORRENDOUS growling sound whenever the air was on. Great replacement! Very much recommend!
