My Husquvarna AWD mower started giving me a loud ‘clicking’ noise while going up and down steep hills for a week or two, indicating trashed gears inside the transmission. Only clicked if I pushed down on the handle, forcing the rear tires to do the work, so it was obvious the problem was in the back. Installed this replacement and working great again.

Dad to adjust drive cable setting to max for it to work.
Any pressure other than light pressure on lawnmower handle just guiding the mower and the rear transmission will stop. Can put pressure on mower grip (not drive handle, the top handle you rest your hands on) or the rear will not power rear wheels.

This is a great value! I bought this thinking I needed it for my 10 year old lawn mower.
I have not installed it! I did buy 4 new wheels and that solved my problem. I will keep this in case of later needed use. This is to work on the Husqvarna 675 AWD front or rear transmission! So, I will hold on to it.
All I can say now the price was right, even tho my needs now don’t require it.

fit is correct. It’s best to use a 35″ belt and not a 35-3/8.
Free wheeling when self-propelled handle is released get stuck at times – not smooth.
