I would not purchase this item. The yellow clip is so flimsy that it came apart after installation. I replaced the yellow release handle with the parts from the old cable to make it work. The yellow clip is flimsy!

The release assembly is designed to fail in the Arizona heat after several years. The two white plastic end connector pieces dry out over time, crack, break and then the release won’t work due too lack of resistance when the release lever is pulled.
I looked on the Internet for cables with metal connectors and couldn’t find any.
