Product can as stated in ad and fit the Honda 2007 Civic without issue. I have only had the the part installed for about a week and all is working fine.
There really are no instructions but a sheet telling you to be careful of a few things. I have the actual Honda repair manual for my car and also viewed a few videos online before doing the job. As repairs go I would say it was a 6 out of 10 to do the job given it was my first time doing this type of repair. I do most of my own repairs and service my three cars all the time.
