installed on 06 sierra with 5.3l looks same as the original with rivet placements same as well, pick up tube ring same as well, as long as you put rtv on corners should be fine. I have mine on couple weeks so far no leaks

Replaced oil pump O-ring on pick up tube fixed my oil pressure issues on my 2005 5.3 Silverado, pan gasket fit great also. Would buy again at this price point.
