After a lot of research, I contacted Innovited and asked them if the relay would be necessary for my application. I have a 2006 Hyundai Sonata GLS V6. I combined this with their 5k HID kit and it worked perfectly. No issues at all!

I had an issue where on the stock harness, one side was getting more power due to layout and this is a great fix for that. Made both HID Bulbs burn the same with quick heat up time. Plus the added benefit of anti-flicker. All I had to do to the setup was change the connectors to my stock setup.

It’s not water proof.. look inside the connectors where the wires come out and you will NOT see the rubber seal. This seal keeps the water from entry and making contact.. The wire that goes to the other side is too short for my application. It may work for others but I’ll have to make things work for me..

I had so many problems with HID conversion kits over the years with bulbs not firing or going out, I gave up on HID. I recently decided to give them another try and after some research discovered that the relay harness kit could solve my problems. Very easy to install, and so far I haven’t had one flicker or misfire!

Product does what it claims. Innovited customer service is great. But i have gone through 3 of these in a year and a half. The relay goes out and no lights. Not a huge problem other than they always go put at a bad time. My advice is to keep a spare so you dont get stranded with no lights

Works well. Harness could be longer and the relay slips out of the socket if you give it funny looks, but its easily fixed.

Giving it four starts because it does work as advertised but Its not exactly for hyundai’s. My 2017 sonata is the same style as the 2015 and 2016 sonatas so I’m sure it’s same problem for them all but, on the sonata each Headlight is monitored for a blown blub so if the passenger side bulb goes out, the dashboard shows a picture of the car with the passenger side Headlight flashing and a light comes on with the message, “low bulb voltage” or something of that nature to let you know which side exactly is out. This kit works but only for the driver side, since the passenger side factory connector doesn’t get connected to anything. This kit needs to be a dual relay harness so it has two capacitors and relays, to connect to both factory connections for a signal, and still allow the car to monitor both sides.
