Very simple install and going strong. Seems to be slightly louder than original blower motor, but at a total cost of $132 I saved nearly $400 by installing myself.

It’s a motor, the old one froze up, this fit perfectly in the old location. I connected it up and the motor started up with no problem. AC works, motor runs, I’m cooler. Yeah!

HVAC contractor wanted $370 for a “warranty repair” (only covers parts). Laughed internally at that quote and bought this instead. Should have bought this anyway, bu figured I’d give a professional a try for once when it comes to repairs. Don’t….
Works great so far, 3 months. We’ll see how long the bearings last in this. The original lasted 3 years. Matched up perfectly and was easy to install. 20 of these is still cheaper than paying an HVAC company to install and maintain a unit. I installed the Goodman furnace myself, FYI.
