I’m constantly adding water to golf cart batteries in Florida. This device beats a turkey baster—sorta.
It’s easy enough to use. It does automatically shutoff (when the battery level hits the nozzle, air can’t get in, so vacuum pressure stops the flow). This leads to its biggest pro- consistently filled batteries.
The biggest complaints I have are it’s a flimsy design, I’m thinking it will collapse at some point under the pressure needed to engage the spring on the nozzle. The second complaint I have is it’s very slow. A trickle. That’s where a turkey baster is a faster tool.

Super impressed with this battery filler. Unlike my last one from a local golf cart supply store, this one did not leak at the seal between the bottle and nozzle.
Used it yesterday to fill my 10 year old Trojan batteries and it worked perfectly.
Too the nozzle off 3 times to refill bottle during the battery refill and each time the nozzle seal held and did not drip water all over my batteries 🙂
I totally recommend this product especially since it was half the price of my original.

I have had this filler for less then a year and the 3rd time I need to use it the nozzle popped part and will not stay together. like the product for the few times I’ve used it, but now it’s just a nice plant watering can!!!!!

The lead acid battery water filler has a valve that prevents overfilling of the battery cells. The pitcher is easily filled and is quite durable. I would anticipate that it should last many years.
