This OEM part fit and functions perfectly. Of corse using all three tools for this job made all the difference, it only took 15 minutes to remove the old part and install this new one.
Speaking of tools…FYI if you use the Kent More J-38122 harmonic balancer holder it won’t work together with a standard harmonic balancer puller. To remedy that I found that when I bolted two 3/8×1.5in carriage bolts w/ washers as spacers through the center slot on the puller and a large 1.25in wrench. It turned the puller into a holder, allowing me to hold the balancer and pull it at the same time. However the Kent More holder will work for the rest of the job. A basic harmonic balancer installer tool together with the Kent More holder makes installing the new balancer a breeze with zero damage to the harmonic balancer holder.

I noticed my harmonic damper was spinning way out of balance and the belt was tracking almost 1/4″ off. I did a little research and found that the original balancer has a common issue with separating. I try to order OEM parts as much as possible, unless they are price prohibitive. This looks, fits, and functions true to the original and it is ACDelco.

AC Delco ,, Made in CHINA ???? What’s it all coming to ?

When will I learn to just by the GM stuff for its sensors? I replaced an aftermarket harmonic balancer that was throwing codes on the crank sensor. I didn’t change the sensor then. I changed both the sensor and this and all is well again. I will not make the same mistake again on this.

Bolt & washer (packed together) part ID: 14102659
You can find the parts at a GM certified store online; I pay about $9 for 3-day shipping here in California from the GM stores. I still haven’t installed it, but once I do I’ll probably put up a picture and or a video of it for you guys.
When you search up the bolt’s part ID, you’ll notice that it doesn’t mention it has a washer. I know. I purchased Washer part ID: 12594364 just in case, and that washer doesn’t even fit the bolt as far as I can tell. It has no grooves, and it fits the bolt way too perfectly so you can never even screw it in.
Good luck with your installation!

I always buy factory OEM products for a reason. They work like they’re intended and I’m humble enough to admit I don’t know more than a team of engineers who designed the car… especially with something as timing sensitive as the drive belt assembly. Don’t take chances or cut corners on the vitals of your engine! That being said this thing was hard to remove?? I had to take it to a shop. Save yourself the hassle; have someone else do it.
