I used these with my rotary polisher to polish a 15 year old hard water stains that are etched into my shower door glass. No chemicals will remove that etching, so I decided to use these to polish and after a few hours of work, it looked brand new again. I use about 2000 rpm and use a decent amount of glass polish glass pro compound.

Used this on a drill with some cerium oxide to polish out some small scratches on my windshield.

Used these pads with granite polish to bring the finish up from a fine diamond grind. Using a cordless drill it took a little time but the results were excellent.

Understood these would hold up to stainless steel. Backing burned out pretty quick. Switched to wool pads.
