The cat includes almost everything. You need to put a nice coating on your windows. Not included is glass cleaner which you should already have, but you will need. You start by cleaning your glass with glass cleaner to remove any grease and dirt from your glass and then follow it up with a buffing compound that feels almost like a glass stovetop cleaner. It has a very fine abrasive texture to it. Then apply glass cleaner again to remove the residue from that and spray with 10 to 15 mL of the ceramic coating. What’s not shown is how much that is. Is it two pumps or five pumps of spray from the bottle? Who knows? I sprayed about four pumps for my windshield and two on each driver and passenger side window and buffed on and took an another microfiber cloth to buff it off. This took quite a bit of time to make sure the haze was gone.
Now that it is successfully applied, it has rained and snowed a few times in the water does beat up rapidly and come off the glass very fast. I don’t know how long it will last because it’s only been on for a week, but it is working. The price point I’m not happy with as it compares to similar rain repellent products. But if this lasts more than two months then my time is worth the extra money spent to buy this.

Seems like a great product so far, really easy to apply and water beads like crazy after it’s on the glass. Really like the glass cleaning step that comes in the kit, can tell a big difference in how much dirt and debris it takes off the glass in preparation for the coating. Ceramic coat step goes on almost effortlessly after the glass is cleaned and prepped. Only had time to do one vehicle this weekend but will definitely do the other two this week.

Applied this to the back window of my Mercedes CLA since it does not come with wipers. Followed strictly the instructions but cannot tell that there is any difference. I had a ceramic coating set of a different brand before which was just great

easy to apply, pretty easy to remove. Just make sure you start with clean glass (use their cleaner) so that the ceramic coating has a clean surface to adhere too. Once applied and removed, I’d wait a couple hours for the ceramic coating to really “bind” to the glass before getting it wet or washing the car. Probably overnight would be better even still.

After applying this to my windshield, I saw a huge difference in how water glides off of the surface. This really would have helped one day when I drove into a huge puddle on the freeway and water splashed all over the top front of the car and I would say, I couldn’t see for a good few seconds. Keeping the windshield real slick helps keep the visibility at it’s peak.
This works well on rear side mirrors and even the back up camera. Isn’t it annoying when you see a water bead distort your back up view? Well, this coating will keep the camera lens free of beaded up stubborn water.
