While items were visibly roughed up and/or broken — this relay item gets 3 stars for the plastic case not breaking. There was no padding — no anything in box of relays — like the other seller that I just purchased a good set of these relays from. Just relays laying in a taped shut plastic box — tip-to-toe — sliding around. Had to send back out of caution — these are ELECTRICAL items — that were tumbled with heavier items in box. Not to mention the shipping box tried coming apart with all this.

The relays are exactly as shown and work as expected. Shipping was challenged, however, as the shipper mis-routed the product for several days, afterwhich Amazon suggested asking for refund and then reorder. Their solution worked better than expected, and the product, once I got it, is excellent.

Great product for a great price! All the posts are clearly labeled and the relays appear to be of good quality construction. The case they come in is an added bonus too. I can’t remark on the longevity of the product as I just received them and don’t have a use for all 10 of them yet but the ones I have already installed function as they should.

Couldn’t find in auto parts store. So far it is working great on my auxiliary electric radiator fan.

Works as needed and described. Not sure how long they will last but it came with 10 so not really worried about that.

My gravely pro turn mower sits outside and the relays get rusty over time. Advance auto has the same thing for $20 EACH. Save yourself some money and go with this kit
