I havent installed it yet but im praying. The transmission end length has already been set. And i cant see a way to release the slide in tab. I will measure the compared cables and see if the cable is set correctly. No literature with the cable at all. Who does things like that. Im losing dependability in amazon. Every other cable able to be purchased has an adjustment for length to be completed at time of install. I will change the review if it turns out ok.
