Besides being a good brand, the Gates #9465 V-Belt is the perfect fit for the Alternator & Fan/Water pump pulley on an M35A2 (deuce and a half) with a Continental Multifuel engine. The belt is long enough to get on without removing the radiator and fan, but short enough that it can be properly tensioned with the limited alternator travel.
Due to accessories, I max out the alternator at times, but I do not get any belt slip. The pair of belts were not sequential but the fit tolerance matched fairly well.
