This cap is almost exactly like the original on my Durango and fit perfectly. The only con is the plastic lead with a T on the end which is supposed to go into a hole to keep you from losing the cap was too stiff/brittle and I was afrasid it would break so I had my son, who is an ASE certified master mechanic install it. Sure enough, it brokle when inserting it into the hole. This may connect to other vehicles differently and be totally fine, but not my Durango.

This is pretty close to an exact replacement for my Suburban. The ones I found in the auto parts store were just a black plastic cap without the connecting “cord” which this has.
Works great!
