didn’t like that they give you a list of all toyota cars and trucks that this cap would fit, it’s almost like they grabbed one off the shelf and sent it only it did not fit at all, red and white box looks like toyota but nope didn’t fit, sent it back

Do NOT buy this cap for a 2007 toyota tacoma sr5 v6. It might fit on other cars/trucks, but not mine. It just barely fits on my fuel port (but only when I twist it exactly the right way) and my check enginelight has stayed on since I put it on and now I need another replacement cap. Luckily there hasn’t been any obvious leakage issues yet, but I’m essentially driving around without a gas cap for the time being.
The part itself came in good condition and in a timely manner which is the only reason I’m giving it more than one star. Maybe you’ll have more luck with a different vehicle, but be sure to do thorough research and carefully check the measurements you need.
