It fit both my small fuel/oil mix can for smaller yard equipment and the large gas can for my riding mower. I knew it would fit the large one bc I bought the can at the same time as these spouts from Amazon. The brand was listed on the compatibility list. My small I didn’t tho. There’s no identifier on the can that tells the manufacturer, but it fit. It’s nice to not have to try and push the lower part of the spout in to get the fuel to flow. I typically end up spilling some, which to me, is a betrayal of its intended purpose and a failure. These new ones work better so far. I’ll have to install the valve as the can relied on the spout design to feed air into the tank, but that won’t be an issue, at least, not for much longer. No problems anticipated.

I purchased a new diesel 5gal container and was surprised that it also had the safety fuel spout. I expected it on any new gas cans because they can be very dangerous in the hands of careless persons, but diesel is flammable but not really explosive like gasoline I really appreciated the air vent. It was easily installed and worked great.

I got tired of messing with the Spout that came with my gas can. This comes with two differently threaded caps, fine and coarse. Perfect fit. Filled the can up. No leaks….Not from the spout and not from the vent. Very easy to install the vent.
