I did a side by side comparison of this cabin air filter with the OEM filter. They look identical and this aftermarket filter is a perfect fit in my 2017 Hyundai Elantra Limited. The cost is about 1/3 the cost of the OEM. I have not tried the activated carbon filter yet. Will try it when it is time to change the new filter out.

We got this as a replacement filter for our 2017 Elantra Limited. For some reason the factory installed the wrong size that was too small and debris was getting through. Once we installed this filter, which fit perfectly, we got a good air seal and it effectively filtered out all debris.

The original filter had 140K miles on it. Have no clue on how fan motor not burned up. This is a great replacement. As a mechanic, these should be changed no more than every 30K. Most are so easy, two minute changes.
