Saved around $20 over what the oil change guys charge. Better quality, too. Easy to install, just pull out glove box and replace old one. Big difference in the air conditioning flow.

The dealer wanted 75 dollars to replace the filter in my Honda Fit. Really? Watched you tube, and figured it out in 1 minute. The filter fits fine and it saved me a ton.

Why pay the dealer or an oil change franchise an inflated installation fee and a significant part markup?
You Tube videos give detailed instructions on cabin air filter replacement. I write the date of installation on the side of the filter so I know when I replaced it and also make note of the date in the NOTES section of my smart phone. The more routine maintenance you can do on your car gives you a sense of empowerment and saves you significant money. Amazon.com has a great selection of windshield wiper blades, filters, etc.

This is supposed to fit my 2018 Honda CRV but it’s just a tad big I can’t get it pushed back in there far enough to put the strap over it that holds it in place but otherwise it seems to be working fine
