Dealer did not have this cabin air filter in stock, local O’Reilly’s & Napa did not even have this item in their parts online since the CX-90 is a new model. Ordered from Amazon and it fit perfectly and a great cost.

The one I got has airflow marker. It works. It is just not OEM and it has a bit of a gap when you attack it with its clips but for 25 dollars and taxes this is great compared to the OEM. The price point is excellent and it does the job. What else are you asking for?

It fits with no issues in my CX-90.
The amount of pleats and material feels identical to the OEM filter. Even the same face cover and foam surround material.
No weird smells. Does the same job filtering air in the cabin as the OEM filter.
I would not be surprised if this comes from the same factory.
The only downside is that this one does not show which direction the air should flow.
The OEM filter has the logo and text on it to show which orientation it needs to be installed. This one does not… so I took a guess. There are identical shapes on the front cover of the filter so I installed it the same way. Hope it works.

Works just like OEM. basically a direct replacement. Comes with easy to follow instructions. took me about 3-5 min to do… SAVED about $60 from the delearship.
