It’s easy easy to install on my 3015 Hyundai Tucson but review a YouTube install first— and be aware the one filter cover may not unclip according to the instructions— but it’s easy to inclip just by looking at it closely. It’s like a 5 minute install.

I assume the filter is doing its job because I’m not seeing significant buildup of dust or pollen inside my vehicle, but there is a significant reduction in the amount of air flow from my AC vents. This causes the vehicle to take longer to cool down. I will probably replace these filters with a different style in the near future to regain air flow.

There isn’t much that needs to be said. The price is great for 2 filters. My local auto shop wanted to charge $65 to change the filter. Yeah, no thanks. I bought this for my 2010 Kia Forte Ex. I youtubed how to change the filter and it is quite easy. It took me barely 5 minutes to do the change. I can feel the difference in air quality right after I changed it. It was way overdue.
Some pointers. I will say before you buy and change the filter, you should do the following.
1. Make sure you know where your filter is in the car. Test accessing the area before buying in case you have any issues. This is also a good time to a)double check how the filter looks and to measure and make sure you are getting the correct size. b) when you pull it out do not flip or rotate at first but pay attention to which side is up and which is down. See which way the arrow is pointing on the filter you already have and double check how the filters lines are positioned as some said the filters you get has arrow pointing wrong way. I can’t confirm this because mine came correctly but just so this doesn’t happen make sure you check. Also a good idea is when you pull it out to just take a photo so just in case you somehow flip it or drop it you will know how it came out. (i understand for many they may not need this advice but for someone not familiar with cars or changing filters these tips may come in handy).
2. after you are sure you can access your filter and you know the correct size THEN go ahead and place your order.
That’s all. Since I am new to DIY car stuff (only for simple things) that is what I did. I was lucky to find a youtube video but your car manual should show where your filter is located as well. But just to emphasize again- Make sure you double-check everything BEFORE you buy. Don’t just depend on Amazon saying it fits or doesn’t. Plus there are different filter size options for this company/brand and you don’t want to accidentally get the wrong one.
For a complete newbie to anything car related except for knowing how to pump gas this was super simple and easy. Don’t let it scare you.
The fact that I have two filters for the price is a great deal. If my shop charges $65 than for two filter changes it would be $130. This is a lot of savings. From what I can tell the quality is completely fine and everything has been good since I replaced my old filter. Last year it was done by a shop and when I compared the two filters I really don’t see a difference between what the shop installed last year and what I got on here. It was definitely worth it.
