Purchased this for my motorcycle, the pump works fine but the sending unit attached is reading inaccurate

Our Kawasaki Mule has an issue with a clogged fuel pump. This one fits perfectly and was easy to install. Haven’t had any performance issues from the Mule since installation and no leaks. It’s a good value at $50 considering my option was to pay double that for OEM.

The dealership wanted $900 for the part, I ordered this as it had good reviews. Easy install and works great. Did not come with instructions though.

If you have the gasoline version of the 2015 Kawasaki 4010 Mule, this is the fuel pump for you. Don’t know how long it will last, but if I get 6 months out of it, then it’s a deal at this price ($50).
For those not familiar with the gasoline Kawasaki Mules, the fuel pump is the weak point. There’s a filter inside the fuel pump casing at the bottom that is supposed to be changed every so often. If you do not replace the fuel filter, it will disintegrate and eventually clog up the fuel pump. However, getting to the filter without destroying the casing is the problem. So either buy replacement fuel filters or replace the fuel pump every year when it clogs. If you have the diesel Kawasaki Mules, you won’t have this problem.
